Aurora Borealis

So, as you may have noticed, I've changed the look of this blog. I really like it. I was looking for a cool pic to put up on my header (you'll see I've found one). I thought I'd share some of the photos I found.



This photo, like many to follow, was taken in Iceland. (Love that country!) To tell you the truth, this isn't one of my favorites. I really wanted to include it, though, because it shows how the lights look like ribbons in the sky, the effect that I remember most vividly. Green is the most common color. It's the reds and the purples that I loved best. They were so rare.


What an amazing photo! We've got the moon, the stars, the aurora borealis, and a waterfall!! This is Öxarárfoss at national park, Þingvellir in Iceland.

Christmas Lights

Here are a couple pictures of The Pelzer Light People and then two pictures with Christmas lights. I just like them. YES, I understand Christmas was a while ago. But, surely you realize that time is simply an illusion. (Take it from here Lady Tiffany.)

Also, some photos are blurry. Tooooo bad. I like Christmas light pictures to be a little blurry.


The Pelzer Light People's house. Some of the other houses in the neighbor hood were decked pretty well, too. Not as many as I saw last time I went. People just don't want to take the time anymore.


If you want, they'll get you a jacket and you can be a light person for a little while!

One night, at about 3 am, I couldn't sleep. So, I spent a while messing with my camera. This is a really awesome dress I have (that I hope to fit in again, if I ever get off the meds I'm on now).



I really like this one.

Wasabi Christmas Party

Fun times at the Wasabi (Murasaki, whatever) Christmas Party... Had to wait until at least after Pi Day to put these up....

So, there is also a really cute picture of him eating a carrot -- taken minutes before he shoved the whole thing into his cheek, way weird. Anyway, for some reason, it won't send right. I'll get it to you when I get it to you.

Simon is way too cute. Unfortunately, hamsters are kinda nocturnal.

Falls Park

When Kevin visited, we had a picnic in the park. While there, we saw this guy painting a picture of the falls. The close up is from when I'm standing on the bridge and zooming in.
